LEADERSHIP

  Leadership is one of the three cardinal principles of Alpha Phi Omega and a big part of Alpha Phi Omega is learning how to become a leader. APO strives to make leaders out of our members. A leader knows how to lead but also knows when to step back and listen and adapt suggestions. A leader ensures that everyone has a voice. Some people lead and some people are better as influencers. Both are equally important.
